Syd served at Kenora, Sioux Lookout, Sudbury, Armstrong, Vermillion Bay and Emo Detachments before retiring as a Sergeant from Kenora DHQ on May 31, 1994. Syd is survived by his wife, Lee and children, Cathy and Steve.
