Phil served at Essex and Cayuga Detachment, Career Management Branch, Staff Services Branch, Burlington DHQ Communications Unit and Port Credit Detachment, before retiring as Inspector from Haldimand County Detachment on September 30, 2023. Phil is survived by his spouse Elaine and children Steven, Elise, Evan and Christopher.
